Shipping Fee

To ensure ease of selling and the best possible customer experience, we mandate delivery to all customers via our logistics partners and deduct the shipping cost from the selling price before making a payment to you.
Shipping fee is calculated on amount of items or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Charges:

Above > 30 BD Free Delivery.
Below < 30 BD 2 BD Delivery Charge.

Returns

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Return & Restock Charges

Above > 30 BD 10% of item.
Below < 30 BD 2 BD charge.
